Mrs. Miller, retired, was a Reading Specialist with the Scotch Plains-Fanwood School District.  A native of East Orange, New Jersey, Mrs. Miller attended Trenton State College graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and completed a Masters of Education from Kean University. She lives in Scotch Plains with her husband, Michael V. Miller. They have two adult children.
