David B. Foltz
President and Trustee


Mr. Foltz is an attorney and accountant with over 30 years experience. A graduate of Lawrenceville School, Lehigh University (B.S.), New York Law School (J.D., cum laude), New York University (M. Law in Taxation), he is currently partner at Buttermore and Foltz in Westfield. His practice includes estate planning and administration, tax planning, preparation, and audit defense (individual and corporations), and legal assistance to non­-profits.
